Revents agency required our support in the creation of a team building during a two-day incentive trip in Rome organized for a client company.

We proposed an involving activity in the first day afternoon: a treasure hunt organized in a really original key.
This team building has been carefully studied by our team in every single detail aiming at proposing a really unique activity which remained impressed in the participants' memory.

We decided to make it even more special locating some characters from the ancient Rome and ancient maps in some stops, so that the participants could meet them, and we personalized each trial.
All the challenges were related to the history and culture of Rome and they've been created to push the participants to collaborate with their team to achieve the objective, that was to find the treasure.

At the end of the activity we organized a themed party on the Tevere shore to allow the participants to chill and to conclude the day in a pleasant way. During the party the winning team has been rewarded for the commitment demonstrated in the different trials and all the guests wore clothes from the ancient Rome for the occasion.

On the second day we organized the traditional visit of the Colosseum, adding a special touch: it has been possible to visit a part of the Colosseum that isn't always accessible for everyone.

Achieved Objectives

During this activity the participants collaborated like cohesive teams, developing a strong group spirit and helping each other to achieve their objective, that wasn't just to find the treasure, but also to spend an amazing day all together.
