A dream corporate trip. That's what Team Building Roma created for client CBRE, choosing a destination that could be easily reached by guests driving from all over Italy. We also took care of the team-building aspect of the trip: to improve harmony and cooperation, we organised an unusual photography-themed activity, perfect for combining creativity and team spirit.

An unforgettable team building experience in Tuscany

We chose a hotel with a swimming pool and spa in Marina di Grosseto that was ideal for our group. The centrepiece was the "Photographer for a day": a creative challenge that enhanced talent and team spirit. After a short smartphone photography course, teams explored the country, capturing shots on an assigned theme. Upon return, they presented their projects to a qualified jury, which awarded the winner, strengthening cohesion and stimulating ideas. The event followed an established format: arrival, meeting in the pool view room, dinner and after-dinner at the hotel. The next day, team building and lunch before departure. A mix of fun and enhancement of individual and group potential.
