Movie Magic in a Castle: a Unique Team Building Experience

Our solution? A video advert production extravaganza, where the participants would work together to conceptualize, choreograph, and film their very own original commrtvisl. This unconventional approach combined the fun of creativity with the development of essential team skills.

The Castle venue we selected was transformed into a bustling production studio, complete with state-of-the-art filming setups. Divided into teams, the Bip Coe Sustainability crew immersed themselves in the creative process, drawing on the guidance of audiovisual experts to bring their visions to life.

The much-anticipated moment arrived — the screening of the final videos. The room erupted in cheers and laughter as each team's unique personality and collaborative spirit shone through their productions. Awards were given, celebrating the collective achievements of the group.
