Customer Request
Huawei required Smart Eventi's support to organise a team building which committed the participants in a day of activities and which helped them to strengthen the team's spirit.
We therefore proposed a team building airsoft: a playful recreational and sportive activity based on the simulation of military actions which doesn't include any gesture of violence.
We chose a green area as location, which is situated nearby Rome because it seemed the ideal scenario for this kind of activity.
The participants have been divided into two teams, who challenged in the different green areas, trying to take their team towards the victory.
The activity lasted all day long, both in the morning and in the afternoon, with a lunch break to allow the guests to chill.
At the end of the day the winning team has been awarded inside the restaurant where the participants had lunch.
Achieved Objectives
The activity was very involving for all the participants and it pushed them to gather together and to strengthen the group's spirit to achieve a common objective.
Moreover the airsoft choice has been very appreciated because it has been funny and original because it is an activity which gather sports and game.
