We organised a team building Drum Circle for Zebra Technologies for their international annual meeting.
This event lasted for two days and this year the location they chose to hold it was Rome.
They decided to include a team building as a formative activity for their 100 directors who participated to strengthen the team spirit and the cooperation inside the company, gathering the theory explained during the meeting and the practice together in an alternative and involving way.
We chose the Drum Circle which consists in following a musical path, literally a drum circle, aiming at creating an harmonious and compact group through sounds and musical rhythm. In fact the group is guided using drums in the development of this activity which makes the participants closer to each other in a really original and amusing way.
