An Incentive Trip in the Italian Hills
To celebrate their 10th anniversary, Pharmetheus, a Swedish pharmaceutical company, chose us to organize their incentive trip in the iconic hills of central Italy. This experience included meetings, team-building activities, and leisure moments for the employees.

A Location Framed by the Roman Hills
We found the perfect location near Fiumicino airport, immersed in nature and easily accessible. The Roman villa, renowned for its exclusive rooms, thrilled the client by providing spacious and functional areas for the planned corporate activities.
The four-day stay began with an ideal ice-breaking team-building activity: a drum circle that engaged the employees through music, offering them a new perspective on mutual listening and collaboration. This was followed by an entertaining Murder Mystery Dinner in English, which captivated all participants.
On the morning of the second day, Pharmetheus employees attended meetings and then participated in an Italian culinary challenge: a Cooking Challenge organized with the support of the villa's chefs. The team-building wasn't just fun; the guests had the opportunity to enjoy their creations (fettuccine, gnocchi, cannoli, and cannoncini) during dinner. This experience also included a Wine Challenge with tastings of local wines.
To conclude the third day, full of corporate commitments, we organized an elegant gala dinner for the guests in a villa overlooking Lake Albano, framed by the Roman castles.
On the fourth and final day, transfers to the airport were organized with precision.
