Team Cooking for Maria DB foundation

Maria DB Foundation company contacted us to organise a team building in occasion of the annual meeting of this year and they chose the ethernal city: Rome.

As the activity saw the involvement of the company's managers from all over the world, we thought about organising a team building based on a typical Italian passion, loved by everyone in the world: cooking.

We specifically chose a rustic and cozy location, situated just outside Rome, to create the right atmosphere: it was an ancient farmhouse run by a family.

During the team cooking activity the participants, after being divided into teams, have been guided by our expert chefs in the preparation of the two most famous dishes of the Italian cooking tradition: pasta and pizza!

The amazing location, surrounded by nature, allowed us to organise other activities to entertain the guests and make them live a magic experience.
In fact we organised an amazing aperitif in the garden, part of a Roman archaeological site, to welcome them and a dinner in the extraordinary open-air terrace with a breathtaking view to conclude the event in the best way.

Achieved Objectives

The customer had the aim of involving all the participants and of making them collaborate among them as a real team. Thanks to our creativity the target has been achieved because the guests lived an absolutely unforgettable experience.
