The client's request
Military-Themed Team Building to Round Off IDV's Rome Incentive Trip
We were tasked by our client IDV with designing a unique team-building experience to be the concluding event of an international incentive trip to Rome. We were to plan a tailor-made activity, perfectly in line with the client's military focus and the theme of the whole trip. The event was to be conducted in English, as the participating team comprised professionals from multiple European countries.
Our proposal
Tactical Teambuilding: Airsoft Adventure by the River
When working with a group that likes adrenaline-fuelled experiences, Airsoft is one of our go-to activities. We organised a military simulation on the banks of the Tiber, north of Rome, tailored to the client's needs. The teams competed in three thrilling game modes, interspersing shooting training sessions. Each participant had the chance to hone their tactical and communication skills. We provided complete professional gear, including ASG rifles and scenic accessories, for a realistic and engaging experience. The day wrapped up with a lovely buffet lunch, where participants could relax and strengthen the bonds formed during the activity. This unique experience cements team spirit and enhances strategic abilities in an exciting and safe environment, fostering collaboration and mutual trust.
Achieved Results
Mastering the Art of Teamwork
The point of an Airsoft simulation, within a team-building context, is to develop essential strategic skills for group success. Participants strengthened their ability to craft winning collaborative strategies, each of them becoming fully aware of their pivotal role within the team. They also learned to manage stress effectively during group challenges and honed their cooperation and coordination skills to excel in their professional field.
