The DJ competition is an experience designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and creativity within a work group, using the world of music and DJ sets as a communication medium.
During this activity, participants will be guided by professionals to learn the basics of DJ work: mixing tracks, managing the beat, syncing beats, and building a real musical performance. You don't need experience: the activity is designed to be accessible and engaging for everyone.
The group will be divided into teams, each of which will be equipped with a console and, with the help of a professional, will have to create its own playlist.
The Dj competition will be divided into two phases. The first phase will be dedicated to an explanation of the history of music followed by a technical briefing with specific indications regarding the activity.
The second phase will instead be operational. Each team will be asked to create their own playlist, which they will then perform before a jury that will decide on the most successful project: one in which teamwork, musical balance, and emotion are optimally intertwined. A perfect time to challenge yourself and have fun with colleagues by implementing the team's collaboration and understanding.
