Organizing an Incentive Trip with Sports Team Building

We were contacted by Bip's Cyber Security department, a leader in the consulting sector, to organize an incentive trip for 230 company employees. The destination needed to be easily reachable from both Milan and Rome offices. The location had to have essential features, such as meeting rooms and large spaces for workshops. During the incentive trip, the client wanted to organize a sports-themed team-building activity to help colleagues, who had only interacted remotely until then, get to know and bond with each other.

A Wonderful Experience on the Tuscan Coast

We identified Tuscany as the perfect destination to meet the client's needs. The participants were accommodated in a wonderful 4-star resort equipped to host corporate events. The location with a private beach was the perfect setting for the "Olympic Team" team-building activity.

On the first day of the trip, Bip employees had the opportunity to discuss work-related topics. The meetings and workshops were expertly organized to facilitate the continuous flow of ideas and workgroups. However, there were also moments of socialization, such as a rich breakfast and a delicious lunch.

In the large green area surrounding the resort, the guests participated in our "Olympic Team" team-building activity, which included both physical and logical skill challenges, allowing all competitors to best showcase their personal abilities. The winning team would receive Smartbox gift sets, which, due to their exclusivity, provided significant motivation during the competition.

Such an experience couldn't be complete without an evening of dancing and fun by the pool with a DJ set and lights, enriched by an abundant and delicious buffet.

On the last day, thematic and interactive outdoor stations led by senior managers were set up, where the final workshops were held. A delightful buffet lunch concluded the Bip employees' experience, leaving them with an unforgettable memory of a trip that strengthened existing bonds within the team and created new ones.
