Bringing people back together, starting from a shared place: Civismart’s vision
After the positive summer experience in Puglia, Civismart decided to design its Christmas event as a genuine opportunity for reconnection among colleagues from different Italian locations. Rome as a venue for corporate events emerged naturally, thanks to its accessibility and symbolic value within the context of corporate business travel, with dates set for 22 and 23 December 2025. The brief combined a corporate town hall meeting, a motivational sports keynote, exclusive activities in Rome and an informal dinner with DJ set, followed by departure the next morning.
Our Proposal
A solution built to keep everything flowing
Once Rome was confirmed, the focus moved to selecting a hotel capable of supporting both logistics and content delivery for corporate events in Rome. After reviewing four four star venues, The Hive Hotel Rome stood out for its meeting facilities and proximity to Roma Termini, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the programme. The experience was enhanced by an exclusive evening visit to Trajan’s Markets, one of the most distinctive incentive activities in Rome. Dinner took place in Trastevere, followed by internal transfers managed via minivans, with most participants travelling by train.
Achieved Results
An incentive that felt smooth and genuinely lived
Despite the short notice and the proximity to the Christmas period, the event fully achieved its objectives. The meeting sustained engagement, the guided visit added depth to the overall corporate incentive experience in Rome, and the evening fostered genuine team connection. The final outcome was a well structured incentive travel programme, positively received and effective in strengthening shared identity and collaboration.
