Knead and experiment with colors and shapes together with your workgroup to create a scale model of a city in clay that represents your company and its values. Plan, build, oversee the work, communicate clearly with your colleagues, and manage the available time to complete the activity.
You will have a wide range of materials at your disposal to stabilize and customize your buildings. The goal is to recreate a realistic urban area, complete with streets, buildings, and green spaces, without limiting your creativity: let your ideas flow during brainstorming sessions on which elements to include and how to realize them.
At the end of the activity, the "neighborhoods" created by the teams will be combined to form a complete city.
